Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 September 2026
Last updated: 10 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ExamsDigest, including the website at https://examsdigest.com/, customer accounts, learning platforms, practice exams, courses, downloadable resources, marketplace products and related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or making a purchase.

1. Company Information

ExamsDigest is a trading name operated by:

EdTech International Group OÜ
Estonian Commercial Register code: 16430859
VAT identification number: EE102462041
Registered office: Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia
Email: info@examsdigest.com
Website: https://examsdigest.com/
Contact page: https://examsdigest.com/contact-us/

In these Terms, “ExamsDigest,” “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to EdTech International Group OÜ.

“You” and “your” refer to the person or organization accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing a product.

A “Consumer” is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • The ExamsDigest website and customer dashboard.

  • ExamsDigest practice exams, courses, simulations, study notes, ebooks and learning resources.

  • Products sold through the ExamsDigest Marketplace where EdTech International Group OÜ is identified as the seller.

  • Access to other learning platforms when they are expressly included in an ExamsDigest order.

  • Free content, trials, promotional access, referral features and customer reviews.

If a product page or checkout identifies another business as the seller, your purchase contract may be with that business. Its terms will apply to the sale, fulfilment and refund of that product.

Product-specific conditions, licence periods, regional limitations or third-party vendor terms displayed before purchase form part of your contract. If they conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms take priority for that product only.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

3. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, submitting an order or otherwise using the services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter contracts in your country. A person below that age may use the service only through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may not use the services where doing so would violate applicable law, trade restrictions or sanctions.

4. ExamsDigest Services

ExamsDigest provides online certification-preparation resources, which may include:

  • Exam-style practice questions.

  • Timed and domain-focused simulations.

  • Answer explanations.

  • Video lessons.

  • Study guides, ebooks and downloadable files.

  • Progress-tracking features.

  • Learning paths.

  • Third-party training products.

  • Certification exam vouchers or redemption codes.

The exact content, features, access period, number of questions, number of simulations and included resources are stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Free samples may not include every feature available in a paid product.

5. Certification Preparation and Exam Integrity

ExamsDigest is an education and certification-preparation platform. It does not award third-party certifications or control official certification examinations.

Unless a product is clearly identified as an official third-party resource, ExamsDigest practice questions and explanations are independently written using publicly available exam objectives, documentation and technical references.

ExamsDigest does not sell or distribute leaked, stolen, recalled or live certification exam questions. You must not submit, request, upload or distribute confidential exam content through the services.

Purchasing a practice product does not include an official exam registration, exam voucher, retake, certification or vendor membership unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

No practice product can guarantee:

  • A passing examination score.

  • Certification eligibility.

  • Employment, promotion or salary results.

  • Admission to a vendor program.

  • An exact match with questions appearing on an official examination.

Certification providers may change exam codes, objectives, policies, pricing and availability without notice to ExamsDigest. You are responsible for confirming the current official exam version and registration requirements with the relevant certification provider.

6. Partner Programs and Trademarks

ExamsDigest participates in official partner programs with CompTIA, AWS, Cisco, Microsoft and Anthropic. Each partnership has its own scope and conditions.

Participation in a partner program does not mean that every independently written ExamsDigest practice question, course or learning resource has been reviewed, approved or endorsed by that organization.

Official vendor products, vouchers or licensed materials are identified as such on their respective product pages.

Certification names, exam codes, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use on ExamsDigest is for identification, compatibility, educational reference or authorized resale purposes and does not transfer any ownership rights to ExamsDigest.

7. Customer Accounts

Some services require a customer account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Use reasonable security measures to protect your account.

  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Maintain only the number of accounts reasonably required for your permitted use.

Unless a team, classroom or enterprise licence states otherwise, each account and purchase is limited to one individual user.

You may not sell, transfer, lend, share or provide another person with access to your account or purchased content.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to us.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

Before placing an order, you will be shown the principal characteristics of the product, price, applicable taxes, access conditions and available payment methods.

You may review and correct your order before selecting the final checkout button indicating that the order creates an obligation to pay.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when:

  1. Payment is successfully authorized; and

  2. We send an order confirmation or provide access to the purchased product.

The order confirmation and applicable terms will be supplied electronically, such as by email or through your customer account.

We may reject an order before acceptance because of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or incorrect customer information. Any payment already collected for a rejected order will be returned.

9. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product and checkout pages.

The final amount payable, including applicable VAT, taxes and disclosed charges, will be shown before you submit the order. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or banking fees outside our control.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their payment-processing terms and privacy notices may apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Discount codes, account credits, reward points and promotional offers:

  • May be subject to separate conditions.

  • Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Have no cash value unless required by law.

  • May be corrected or cancelled if obtained through fraud, manipulation or technical error.

  • Do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

10. Digital Delivery and Technical Requirements

Most ExamsDigest products are supplied digitally.

Access is normally provided after successful payment through your customer dashboard, email, download link, licence key or third-party redemption process.

You are responsible for having:

  • A compatible internet-connected device.

  • A current web browser.

  • JavaScript and cookies enabled where required.

  • A valid email address.

  • Any third-party account specified before purchase.

If access is not delivered within the stated period, contact us at info@examsdigest.com with your order number and account email.

You must not disclose publicly any licence key, voucher code or private download link.

11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

11.1 General Right

If you are a Consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing equivalent rights, you may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For contracts covering digital content or digital services, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.

You may communicate your decision through:

  • The online withdrawal function provided on the website.

  • Email to info@examsdigest.com.

  • The model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms.

  • Any other clear written statement identifying the order and your decision to withdraw.

We will acknowledge an electronically submitted withdrawal request.

11.2 Immediate Digital Access

Most customers request immediate access to purchased content.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may ask you at checkout to:

  1. Expressly request that digital supply begin during the withdrawal period; and

  2. Acknowledge that beginning the supply may cause you to lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

The legal result may depend on whether the purchase is classified as digital content, a digital service or another type of service under applicable law.

If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation was not validly obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove your rights where digital content is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from what was advertised.

11.3 Withdrawal Refunds

Where a valid statutory withdrawal right applies, we will return payments as required by applicable law, normally using the original payment method and without undue delay.

No fee is charged merely for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

12. Voluntary Refund Policy

Our commercial refund policy provides additional protection beyond any mandatory statutory rights.

Unless different conditions were clearly displayed before purchase:

Individual Purchases

An individual practice exam, course, simulator or bundle may qualify for a refund when:

  • The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of any simulator included in the purchase.

  • The order has not already been refunded.

  • There is no duplicate recovery through an open payment dispute or chargeback.

Lifetime Membership Plans

A lifetime membership plan may qualify for a refund when:

  • The request is submitted within 60 calendar days of purchase.

  • You have not downloaded all ebooks included in the plan.

  • You have not completed more than one course.

  • The order has not already been refunded.

  • There is no duplicate recovery through an open payment dispute or chargeback.

You do not have to provide a reason for requesting a refund, but we may verify account usage, course progress, downloads, redemptions and order information to determine eligibility.

You may ask us to review any system record you believe is incorrect.

Third-party licences, activated products, revealed keys, redeemed vouchers and exam vouchers may have different cancellation or refund conditions where those conditions were clearly disclosed before purchase and are permitted by law.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Access to refunded products may be removed immediately after approval.

The Refund Policy available at https://examsdigest.com/refund-policy/ forms part of these Terms. The version displayed when you purchase applies to that order. Later changes will not retroactively reduce an existing contractual refund promise.

Nothing in the voluntary refund policy limits statutory rights concerning withdrawal, non-delivery, lack of conformity, unauthorized payments or misleading product information.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may temporarily suspend the related access while responding to the payment provider. We will not issue a second refund while the same payment is subject to an active dispute.

This section does not prevent you from exercising rights available through your bank, card provider or applicable law.

14. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

This section applies only when a product is clearly sold as a recurring subscription.

Before purchase, the checkout will state:

  • The billing amount and currency.

  • The billing frequency.

  • Any trial period.

  • When the first payment and renewals occur.

  • How to cancel.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the payment method to be charged at each renewal until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewals through the method provided in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We will provide any price-change or renewal notice required by law.

A one-time lifetime-access purchase is not an automatically renewing subscription.

15. Lifetime Access

Where a product is advertised as “Lifetime Access,” it has no scheduled access-expiration date and no recurring access fee.

Lifetime Access is subject to:

  • The continued operation of the relevant ExamsDigest service.

  • Compliance with these Terms.

  • Reasonable security, maintenance and technical requirements.

  • Any third-party licence period clearly disclosed before purchase.

Lifetime Access is a personal licence to use the included resources. It is not ownership of the platform, software, questions, videos, ebooks or other intellectual property.

The word “lifetime” does not mean that the Company or a particular technology must operate indefinitely. We will not cancel valid lifetime access merely to resell substantially the same access under another name.

Certification products may be updated, replaced or archived when an examination changes or retires. Access to obsolete material may be removed where retention would create legal, security, licensing or serious technical issues. Where mandatory law requires it, we will provide reasonable notice and an appropriate remedy.

“Lifetime Updates” includes updates that we release for content covered by the purchased offer. It includes future products, exam versions or affiliated platforms only when the offer displayed at the time of purchase expressly included them.

Exam vouchers, third-party licences and externally hosted vendor products are not included in Lifetime Access unless clearly stated.

16. Digital Content Conformity and Support

We will provide purchased digital content and services as described in the applicable product information and order confirmation.

If paid content:

  • Is not delivered.

  • Cannot be accessed because of a fault attributable to us.

  • Is materially different from its description.

  • Does not function as reasonably expected based on the disclosed requirements.

You should contact info@examsdigest.com and provide the order number, affected product and a description of the issue.

Where required by consumer law, we will attempt to bring the content or service into conformity within a reasonable period and without additional charge or significant inconvenience. If that is impossible or is not completed as legally required, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Commercial refund limits do not replace or restrict these statutory remedies.

17. Licence to Use Purchased Content

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use purchased content for your own education and certification preparation.

Unless you have written permission or an applicable organizational licence, you must not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the content.

  • Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the content.

  • Share questions, videos, ebooks, downloads or account access.

  • Record or publicly stream protected course or simulator content.

  • Create a competing question bank, course, dataset or commercial service from the content.

  • Use the content to train, fine-tune, benchmark or populate an artificial-intelligence system or machine-learning dataset.

  • Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.

  • Circumvent access, download, security or usage restrictions.

You may create reasonable personal study notes and use ordinary excerpts where permitted by copyright law.

18. Intellectual Property

The website, platform, software, layout, databases, original questions, explanations, videos, graphics, written materials and other ExamsDigest content are owned by or licensed to EdTech International Group OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through account registration or purchase.

If you believe content on the website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact info@examsdigest.com and provide:

  • Your identity and contact information.

  • Identification of the protected work.

  • The URL or location of the disputed material.

  • An explanation of the claimed infringement.

  • Evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the relevant rights holder.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use another person’s account without authorization.

  • Share, sell or transfer account access.

  • Scrape, crawl or extract protected content through automated means.

  • Bypass payment, access-control or security measures.

  • Manipulate progress, refund, referral, review or reward systems.

  • Upload malware or interfere with website operation.

  • Attempt unauthorized security testing.

  • Use the services for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Collect other users’ personal data without permission.

  • Upload confidential or recalled certification exam questions.

  • Encourage conduct that violates a certification provider’s examination agreement.

  • Use the content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another party.

Reasonable indexing by legitimate public search engines is permitted where allowed by our robots instructions.

20. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, support reports or other content.

You retain ownership of your original submissions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the services.

You confirm that your submission:

  • Reflects a genuine experience where presented as a review.

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • Does not contain confidential exam content.

  • Does not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

  • Is not defamatory, fraudulent, threatening or unlawful.

  • Discloses any material incentive or commercial relationship.

We may reject, label or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or platform policies. Where required by law, we will provide information about the moderation decision and available review options.

21. Service Availability and Changes

We may perform maintenance, correct errors and update platform functionality.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. However, this does not remove our obligation to supply paid digital content and services in conformity with applicable law.

We may update product content when certification objectives, technical documentation or vendor policies change. Update schedules vary by certification.

We will not materially reduce the core paid benefit without a valid reason. If a material change adversely affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy where required by law.

We may discontinue free features without compensation unless they form part of a paid contractual offer.

22. Educational Disclaimer

ExamsDigest content is provided for education and certification preparation. It is not legal, financial, employment or professional advice.

Practice scores indicate performance within the ExamsDigest environment only. They do not predict or guarantee an official examination result.

Although we use editorial and technical review processes, certification content may contain errors or become outdated after a vendor changes its examination. Please report suspected errors so they can be investigated.

Nothing in this section limits your rights when paid content fails to match its contractual description.

23. Third-Party Products, Vouchers and Services

Products supplied or hosted by certification providers or other third parties may require:

  • A separate vendor account.

  • Acceptance of vendor terms.

  • Activation within a stated period.

  • Use in an approved country or region.

  • Compliance with exam or licence rules.

  • Compatible third-party hardware or software.

Exam vouchers, licence keys and redemption codes may have expiry dates, country restrictions and transfer limitations controlled by the issuer. These conditions will be stated or linked before purchase where applicable.

We are not responsible for a certification provider changing an examination, testing appointment, candidate policy or independently operated service. This does not exclude responsibility we have as the seller under mandatory law.

Unless the product page says otherwise, the price of an ExamsDigest practice product does not include third-party examination fees.

24. External Links and Affiliated Platforms

The website may link to certification providers, payment processors, affiliated learning platforms and other third-party websites.

A link does not mean that we control the third-party service. Your use of an external service may be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Where an order expressly includes access to other xDigest learning platforms, the product page and order confirmation will identify the included platforms and access conditions.

Referral and affiliate programs may have separate terms. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms.

25. Privacy and Cookies

Our processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy:

https://examsdigest.com/privacy-policy/

Cookie use is explained through our cookie notice and consent controls.

Payment providers, certification vendors and externally hosted services may process information under their own privacy notices.

26. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting or abandoning an account does not automatically create a refund right.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Suspected account compromise.

  • Payment fraud or an active chargeback.

  • Account sharing.

  • Unauthorized redistribution.

  • Automated extraction or scraping.

  • Serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

  • A legal or regulatory requirement.

  • Risk to users, the platform or third-party systems.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct or serious intellectual-property violations.

If access is terminated for a material breach attributable to you, voluntary refunds may be refused. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, disputes and other provisions that must logically continue will survive termination.

27. Liability

Consumers

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses incurred by a person purchasing as a Consumer.

Business Customers

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to a Business Customer for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of business data.

Our aggregate contractual liability to a Business Customer will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

Liability That Is Not Excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Intentional misconduct.

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded.

  • Mandatory consumer remedies.

  • Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

28. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as widespread network outages, natural disasters, war, government action, major third-party infrastructure failures or cyberattacks despite reasonable security measures.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption. If such an event materially prevents delivery of a paid service for an extended period, you may have a right to terminate or receive another remedy under applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Changes in law or regulatory guidance.

  • New or changed services.

  • Security requirements.

  • Payment or operational changes.

  • Clarifications or corrections.

The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.

Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be communicated in a reasonable manner. Changes will not retroactively remove rights or contractual promises attached to an earlier purchase unless required by law or expressly accepted by you.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

Consumers may bring proceedings in any court available to them under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules. We will bring proceedings against a Consumer only in a court permitted by applicable law.

For disputes involving Business Customers, the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance where applicable, have exclusive jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

31. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Please send complaints first to:

info@examsdigest.com

Include your name, account email, order number and a clear description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If you are a Consumer and we cannot resolve the complaint, you may be entitled to contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee:

Consumer Disputes Committee
Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority
Endla 10A
10122 Tallinn
Estonia
https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon

Consumers involved in cross-border EU disputes may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

Submitting a complaint to an alternative dispute-resolution body does not remove any right to seek a judicial remedy.

32. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, asset transfer or similar transaction, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced.

These Terms, together with the relevant product description, checkout information, order confirmation and incorporated policies, form the agreement governing your use and purchase.
