Description
The Cisco AI Technical Practitioner (AITECH 810-110) exam evaluates a candidate’s proficiency with practical, job-ready AI concepts and workflows, assessing their ability to understand how generative AI models operate and where they fit in real business scenarios, apply prompt engineering techniques to guide models toward accurate and useful outputs, and implement ethical, privacy, and security controls to reduce risks such as sensitive data exposure, misuse, and untrusted outputs. It also measures a candidate’s ability to perform AI-assisted data research and analysis by gathering, validating, and synthesizing information into actionable insights, and to use AI for development and workflow automation by improving productivity with code assistance, tooling, and automation patterns while maintaining governance. Additionally, the exam covers the fundamentals of Agentic AI, including core agent design principles, autonomous capabilities, orchestration concepts, safe tool use, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) strategies to ensure agents can execute multi-step tasks reliably and safely within defined boundaries.
This exam covers:
Generative AI Models – 20%
Prompt Engineering – 15%
